Publish In Press and Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs): New Service of GMJ for all manuscript

Dear Colleagues

From the May 2017, "Articles in-Press" is a list of recently accepted GMJ articles, in manuscript format, not yet subjected to rigorous fact-checking, copyediting, formatting, and image processing. Each article persists here only until the article is published in final form. All articles in-press are citable, although the final published article is preferred for citation, if available. Be sure to include the date and the digital object identifier (DOI), a new service of GMJ, when citing either version of the article.
